Ava SperrazzaRegional Director, Revenue Management
Ava Sperrazza, a 30-year hospitality industry veteran and Certified Revenue Management Executive who has supported hotels in major markets throughout the United States, directs day-to-day revenue management strategy for M&R’s eight managed hotels in Indiana, Missouri and Illinois.
She formerly was area revenue manager for Real Hospitality Group, New York, responsible for developing strategic goals and implementing tactical efforts to drive and maximize revenue for the company’s portfolio of independent and branded hotels in New York City and Mid-Atlantic states.
From 2012 to 2016, Sperrazza served Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, a global hotel franchisor based in Parsippany, New Jersey, as senior manager of franchise integration and revenue manager. In the former role, she oversaw new property openings and transfers of properties between franchise owners and key stakeholders. In the latter role, she oversaw all aspects of revenue management for a portfolio of hotels that included Wyndham’s Preferred Client Group.
She was general manager of the Hilton Garden Inn Gainesville in Florida from 2007 to 2012, reservation and call center manager for Pacific Monarch Resorts of Laguna Hills, California, in 2006, and director of hotel operations for the Queen Mary Hotel in Long Beach, California, from 2001 to 2004. Earlier in her career, she served in a variety of management positions at hotels franchised by Sheraton and Hilton and in the corporate offices of Cendant Corporation.
Sperrazza is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University, Providence, Rhode Island, where she earned a degree in hotel and restaurant management.
