We understand that employees do their best when we give them our best

  • Medical: Plans cover 100% of preventive care. Optional dental, vision care and long-term disability.
  • Sick Days: 40 hours after 120 days of employment per calendar year. Sick days cannot be rolled over.
  • Paid Family Leave: (NYC employees)
  • Term Life Insurance: Optional coverage available for employees, spouses and children.
  • Tuition Reimbursement: After first year of employment. Annual limits and other conditions apply.
  • Commuter Benefits: Portion of income can be designated, tax-free, for transit and parking costs.
  • 401K Plan: After first year, 100% match on first 3% contribution, 50% match on the next 2%.
  • Vacation: 80 hours after first year for full-time employees, 40 hours can be rolled over.
  • Paid Holidays: Eight per year.
  • Bereavement Leave: Three consecutive days of paid leave for deaths in immediate family.
  • Jury Service: Up to three days of paid jury duty a year.
